Condition:
Fair, in any case poor. The artwork has been remaining stable for many years, it is not expected that deterioration going to accelerate.
Deterioration:
Most types of damage on the artwork can be attributed to environmental causes, the artwork was exposed many years in places with a high percentage of relative humidity.
There are some dark and Yellows spots due to age over time, more on the white borders and on the reverse.
Stains like “Water staining” on the verso
The surface appears a little yellowed. T
here are some “hazy” and / or yellowish spots on the artwork graphic itself.
Damages:
Moisture damage
The artwork was removed from its frame after many years framed, there is a noticeable difference in the color that indicate some discoloration or fading of colors.
The artwork was mounted for many years, you can see some small areas on the white borders and edges that have been slightly damaged when separated from the used adhesive tape. Once the artwork is framed again, these small damages cannot be seen!
